Seven decades of history and growth

In 1939, Austrian Erich Brodheim at only 18 years old, arrived in Lisbon determined to take the first steps of what is now the most important fashion company in Portugal.

His entrance into this world was thanks to a simple zip fastener: he saw it in a foreign magazine and went to the United States to import it into Portugal. This was the beginning of Erich Brodheim's activity in the ready-made clothing retail market.

Currently Ronald Brodheim, is the CEO of the Brodheim Group.

    EB RETAIL STORES

    The Group has been expanding its own chain of stores, currently 58, being an exclusive representative of the most prestigious brands in the world of Premium and Luxury fashion.

    EB MODATRADING

    In Distribution - a market where the Group has a strong presence - we have about 500 clients and we sell collections from the most prestigious brands for multi-brand commerce.

  • OPTICS

    MODAVISÃO

    Since its foundation, our Group represents prestigious international brands of frames and sunglasses. From 1992, the distribution of optics started to be conducted by a legally independent company called Modavisão.

    OPTIVISÃO

    Optivisão, which is also integrated in the Brodheim Group, was established 30 years ago which translates into strong experience and technical knowledge. Optivisão is focusing in the prevention and correction of visual health, always accompanying the progress of science and technology.
