  • GUESS

    BIRTHDAY CAMPAIGN

    On your birthday, in addition to congratulations, our customer will receive a special gift based on seniority and purchase volume analysis:

    • 20% discount on a single purchase;
    • 15% discount on a single purchase;

    (only premium stores will be considered, excluding outlets)

    In addition to the above, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Have a customer profile created at least 6 months before your birthday;
    • Have given authorization for contact via SMS or email.

    Procedure and conditions:

    The SMS/Email will be sent 7 days before the customer's birthday.
    This discount, which is valid for a period of 30 days, is personal, non-transferable, does not accumulate with other campaigns, and must comply with the mentioned criteria. Offer available in premium stores (excluding outlets).

     

    POINTS CAMPAIGN

    For every 1 euro spent, 1 point will be added to the customer profile. Each point is valid for 365 days.

    Upon reaching 450 points, you will be entitled to a 45€ discount, to be deducted in a subsequent purchase and valid for 180 days. The discount management is handled by the system and no voucher will be issued.

    The voucher cannot be used for purchasing discounted items.

    Items purchased with a discount will not be considered for point accumulation.

    During the campaign, the value assigned to the points may be altered, taking into account other promotional actions.

    The discounts from this campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions (except birthday discount and winback campaign discounts) , and can be used at Guess stores in Portugal, excluding Guess outlet stores and online.

    This campaign is exclusive to all customers with a profile in the system and an assigned customer card, and is valid only for purchases registered under the same customer profile. In the event of returning an item purchased with the loyalty voucher, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, with a total loss of points.

    Points are not counted for Tax Free payment deposits, "plant this seed" campaign purchases and the purchase of gift vouchers*.

    Customer participation in this campaign implies the acceptance of all conditions.
